1,Product Introduction
1, this product does not contain water-borne adhesive, must add additional water-borne adhesive, to prepare various viscosity of water-ethylene glycol refractory hydraulic fluid;
2, this product contains sufficient amount of liquid rust agent and gas rust agent, can protect the equipment from rust for a long time;
3, the water-ethylene glycol non-combustible hydraulic fluid prepared with this product has superior viscosity temperature characteristics, good chemical stability, in the normal use and maintenance of the situation will not be layered, will not deteriorate, long service life;
4. The water-ethylene glycol refractory hydraulic fluid prepared with this product has high viscosity index and good lubricity, so that it is similar to the performance of mineral hydraulic oil, and can withstand high working pressure;
5, does not contain any harmful substances, non-toxic, safe to use. The components are easy to biodegrade and treat waste liquid.

Add ratio of water-ethylene glycol refractory hydraulic fluid used for preparation of viscosity # 46 and low temperature resistance-40ºC:
DI water 35-40%, ethylene glycol (or diethylene glycol) 36-45.5%, water-based adhesive 10-20%, 9707:3.5%3.6%
Direct acid-resistant bright red dye 0.005%
Note 1: Due to the quality difference of the polyol and viscosifier used and the different requirements of low temperature resistance, the above proportion is for reference only;
Note 2: The water used for preparing water-ethylene glycol refractory hydraulic fluid with this product must be deionized water or higher level water.

4. operating guide
1, this product must be sealed preservation, avoid contact with any other substances, to prevent cross-contamination, the production of non-combustible hydraulic liquid equipment should be special as far as possible;
2, the production of water-ethylene glycol refractory hydraulic fluid, the production process:
2.1 The required amount of polyol (ethylene glycol or diethylene glycol) should be added to the reactor first, and the adhesive (W 55000) should be added while stirring, fully stirring evenly;
2.2 Add deionized water (reduce the amount of dissolved dye) and KL 9707, and stir evenly;
2.3 Add the dye aqueous solution and stir well;
Note: The dye should be fully dissolved and filtered with a small amount of deionized water, and then poured into the reactor. Note that the amount of water used to dissolve the dye should also be included in the total water consumption.
2.4 Discharge.
Note: The finished product must be filtered with high-precision filtration facilities as far as possible according to the equipment conditions. For example, some big brand companies in the industry use 0.5 micron to 25 microns filtration facilities.
5. Packaging and storage
1. Packaging specification: 200L / barrel;
