Lubricant Additives Polyalkylene Glycols (PAGs) Base Oil For Gear Oil

Specially designed PAGs could be used as base oil of gear oil. This kind of PAGs have following properties
(1) Excellent extreme pressure performance and high load capacity. Suitable for turbine worm oil, industrial gear oil, gear box bearing, etc.
(2)Good pitting resistance, effectively extend the service life of the oil;
(3)Excellent thermal oxidation stability, can inhibit the formation of sludge and carbon deposits
(4)High finger adhesion and excellent lubrication performance can reduce the sliding and rolling friction between gears
(5)Wide operating temperature range (-30-200°C), no seasonal oil changes required, lower operating costs:
(6)The extremely low friction coefficient and effectively reduced operating temperature can effectively reduce the power consumption of the equipment and achieve the purpose of energy saving.
